Personal Belongings

Health, Illness, and Medical Emergency
The safety and well-being of our students are our top priorities. We reserve the right to administer basic first aid or call for emergency medical assistance as required.
Parents/guardians must:
– Inform the school about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
– Submit a signed Medication Consent Form if a child requires medication during school hours.
– Keep their child at home if they show signs of a contagious illness or infection.
In case of emergencies where parents are unreachable, Foster Kids is authorized to act in the best interest of the child.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
**For Parents:**
– Cancellations requested within 14 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made up to 5 business days before a scheduled class may be rescheduled once within 12 months.
– No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or late cancellations.
**By Foster Kids:**
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, force majeure, or unavoidable circumstances. Affected participants will be notified at least 5 working days in advance and offered a suitable alternative.
We are not responsible for any incidental losses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs, due to such cancellations.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and in our educational programs—including curriculum materials, graphics, logos, videos, and text—is the intellectual property of Foster Kids or its content partners.
