The Foster Kids has mandatory minimum requirements for site selection that relates to classroom size, play areas and health and safety features. The Foster Kids will work with you in determining where the optimal location is and what alterations are necessary to meet our standards.

Project Feasibility of the Premises

We conduct a market analysis and feasibility study to determine the demand for early childhood education in your local area. Once you have determined that your business venture is likely to be profitable, find a suitable site.

MOU

After close discussion & assurance from the promoter that he has understood the concept & willing to start Foster Kids play school, we sign the MOU & after receiving agreed franchise fee.

Promoter/In-Charge Training

This is the one of mandatory requirement in contest to own Foster Kids Play School. Purpose of this training is to educate promoter about the play school domain, early childhood education, future of play schooling as a business model & make them understand schooling is an social responsibility

Setting up a School

Foster Kids have 360 total support system, which include complete know how starting from beginning till admission, marketing &day to day operation. Our operation team will guide you on day to day bases in connection to set up a school.

Recruitment of Staff

The Foster Kids follow standard recruitment procedure. Operating a successful preschool requires qualified and experienced staff members who are familiar with international practices such as those supported by the Foster Kids

Staff Training

As an FOSTER KIDS requirement, all teaching staff& marketing staff should be trained in accordance with our proprietary teacher& marketing training system. Our own research indicates that 91% of international preschool parents favor schools that have internationally qualified trained staff members

From the very beginning, a marketing plan and strategy require to ensure a successful launch. The growth and maturity phase of business may require variances in marketing strategy. You will work closely with a dedicated FOSTER KIDS marketing manager who will monitor &execute your marketing tasks and provide you with periodic updates.

Pre-Inauguration

To see the readiness & proper set preparation, HO officer will visit & see all preparation done, equipment installed, material procured & displayed, necessary measures taken. Officer/mentor will guide, execute & observe all preparation.

Inauguration

Being an established & international standard school, there is a standard procedure to assure proper inauguration. Our operation & support team will guide time to time for smooth functioning of different activities.

Post inauguration & Operation

To assure smooth routine function & day to day operation there will be post inauguration visit from the Ho. This will conduct within month from date of inauguration
